"Kevin is great to have as a group leader – firstly he uses names – actually does remember who is who – and then he facilitates humour and fun. We smile an awful lot and laugh quite a bit too. He has bonded us into such a nice group. He knows what he is talking about and gives us enough detail about the technical side without going over the top. He likes to throw a bit of psychology at us to go home and think about too. It’s evident that he really likes coaching – always seems reluctant to draw the session to an end. Yes, I’d say he has true passion for the job.”
