President’s Ladies Tournament
It was a perfect day for Wells Tennis Club to have the President’s Ladies’ Tournament on Saturday 19th October. 20 women took part and had a very enjoyable afternoon with 10 couples playing each other at a fast and furious rate to play as many games as possible.
The deserved winners were Caroline Moule and Geraldine Waddington beating their nearest opponents by just 2 games. Tasha Smith, the President, presented them with their shield and also provided a tea for all the players.
