“What we ask from our members regarding contact details”
To be able to run club events and groups like: league matches, singles boxes, club championships, playing groups (i.e. Friday’s or Saturday’s), internal fun tournaments, ladies Tuesday evening, etc. some member’s details (name, email, telephone number) are required. By giving your relevant details to a group or event organiser, you could therefore also be receiving the same member details of other group or event members. You must agree to only use those details for the purpose of the smooth running of the event (bad weather, injury) and NEVER forward other member’s details outside the club.
You can update your preferences at any time by contacting Kim Hole, WTC Secretary on firstname.lastname@example.org.
This includes opting out from receiving the following:
- Membership information/forms
- Competition entry forms/league details
- Emails about Wells TC work/newsletters
- General Club Information
- Photographs/event reports for tennis related publicity
- Coaching Information
