Celebrating the Season: Our Tennis Club Christmas Party Night
On Saturday, 7th December 2024, our Tennis Club Christmas Party Night turned out to be an unforgettable evening filled with festive cheer and camaraderie.
We gathered at the stunning Swan Hotel in Wells, where 55 members came together to celebrate in style. The evening began with a mouth watering three-course dinner that set the stage for a night of fun and festivity.
The real magic unfolded when tennis whites were swapped for party outfits, and the dance floor became the centre of attention. Disco beats took over, and members—yes, even those who swore they “never dance”—joined the fun, showing off their moves and creating memories to treasure. Meanwhile, those who preferred a quieter pace gathered in cosy groups around the tables, enjoying laughter and great conversation.
It was heart warming to see so many familiar faces united, embracing the holiday spirit and savouring the season in each other’s company. Nights like this proved that our club is more than just about tennis—it’s about community and connection.
