Finally dry weather!

The league teams never thought it would happen this season, dry and calm weather conditions! But this week was the week. No more excuses about the wind effecting play or being too wet to be able to keep hold of the racket! Instead it was down to skill and knowing your partner’s play.

The men’s A team welcomed back Mark from uni. He and Matt S won both their matches keeping the score card alive in a closely battled match against a strong Clevedon A team.

The ladies’ A team were in action at home and had a convincing win over Cheddar A. The ladies’ B team also won away at Backwell, well done. Thanks to Lynda N for stepping in and joining the successful C team who are currently top of their division.
