SUMMER SOCIAL WINE TASTING EVENING: SATURDAY 27th JULY

A perfect sunny evening, a spectacular setting with far-reaching views over the Somerset countryside – we couldn’t have asked for more! Our wine tasting ‘summer social’ at Wraxall Vineyard proved to be extremely popular with club members and friends. We sampled several delightful wines, culminating in a full glass of the vineyard’s exquisite Somerset Sparkling.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, everyone gathered for generous platters of meats and cheeses, enhancing the already amazing atmosphere. People mingled in groups, chilling and chatting together, and the camaraderie was palpable.

Adding to the charm of the evening, we were fortunate enough to witness a stunning sunset, its warm hues painting the sky and casting a golden glow over the vineyard. The laughter and conversations flowed as freely as the wine, making it a night to remember. The picturesque setting, combined with the fantastic company, made for an unforgettable experience. This event truly highlighted the joy of good wine, great food, and even better friends. All in all, it was a fantastic evening with our wonderful tennis friends, and we can’t wait for the next gathering!
