Wells Tennis Club Awards 2019
Wells Tennis Club saw an evening of success at its yearly Club Championships Presentation evening. This event had a great entry of Wells members across the board with great tennis throughout the event.
This years champions and runners up are;
In the Mens Singles Kevin Durney beat Dave Mills and in the Ladies Singles Ginni Smith beat Caroline Moule.
The Mens Doubles saw Dave Mills & Neil Coleman (pictured) beat Martyn Holliday and Richard Hole. The Ladies Doubles saw Julia Nest and Marie Bruckshaw (pictured) beat Caroline Moule and Wendy Edwards.
The Seniors Mixed Doubles was won by Binkie Heather & Martyn Holliday while the Mixed doubles saw Julia Nest & Kevin Durney bt Marie Bruckshaw & Jack William’s
This year our top accolade voted for by the club members was the Players Player award which went to Caroline Moule.
