WTC FUNDRAISING FASHION SHOW
Last Friday’s fashion show at Wells Town Hall ended up be a total sell-out!
Having been the talk of the tennis club for the past few months, it was fantastic to see all the hard work had finally paid off… and what a success and joy the evening was!
Many prominent players and members from the Tennis Club ‘strutted their stuff’ on the catwalk, grinning from ear to ear! The audience was absolutely amazing, cheering as each of the models made an appearance. We even showcased our new club tennis kit & logo at the end of the show.
After taking out expenses, the fashion show raised a staggering £2,800.00 which will be going into a fund towards a new clubhouse.

Huge thanks goes to everyone involved; from the support of the local independent retailers, Amba, Runway Boutique, Young Again, Mountain Warehouse, The Changing Room, Sandy Yates and Bar 501, the many helpers and to everyone who bought tickets and donated prizes. A special mention to Christian Lockyer (the very amusing compere), hairdressers from The Lodge Hair & Beauty Salon, makeup artist, Lilly Bryan, and professional photographers ‘One Moment Photography’, all of whom gave their time free of charge.
