Sunday Social and Wimbledon Picnic
Wimbledon’ is now underway and I’m sure many of you are enjoying watching the tennis on TV. Sunday 16th July is the Men’s Finals, and at Wells Tennis Club we will be marking this event by having our own special SUNDAY SOCIAL & WIMBLEDON PICNIC.
Arrangements for the day:-
- 10.00 to 12 noon : Social Tennis. We’d like to encourage as many players as possible to come along and play. All levels welcome.
- 12 noon onwards : Wimbledon-style picnic (please bring along a plate of food to share, plus drink) *If you don’t wish to play tennis, you are still very welcome to come along to the picnic.
- 2.00 pm : Men’s Finals begin (so probably most people will rush home!).
Incidentally, we are hoping to have our new club kit available to order very shortly. Order forms/images currently being prepared, so watch this space!
