Wells Tennis Junior Championships
Wells Tennis Club held their Junior Championships on Sunday November 12th and William Harris was the winner beating Zeno Sfetcu in the Final. Kevin Durney, Club Coach organised the event and Caroline Moule, 2017 Players Player of the Year, presented the trophy. Each player was given a T-shirt, sponsored by Crest Nicholson.
Coach Kevin Durney said, “It’s great to see juniors newer to competition getting on court and playing. Wells Tennis Club is keen to encourage as many people of all ages to get on a tennis court and enjoy the game of tennis. Thank you to all that played and to the parents and committee for your support.”
